These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1bdtk platform and all its services. When you use our website, open an account, or participate in any game or betting service, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

1bdtk is an online casino and betting platform operated for adult players in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must meet the following basic eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing from a region or country where such services are explicitly prohibited.
• You are using the platform voluntarily, knowingly, and at your own full responsibility.

2.1 Account Opening Conditions

Only one account per person is permitted on 1bdtk. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

2.2 Identity Verification

Our platform follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We may verify your identity at any time — particularly when a withdrawal is requested. The following documents may be required for this purpose:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable).

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out by any third party who accesses your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 1bdtk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Funds received from third-party accounts will be cancelled and returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. In exceptional circumstances, the decision to use an alternative method rests with 1bdtk.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

1bdtk strictly follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy for all financial transactions. In the case of unusual transactions, we reserve the right to investigate the account and temporarily suspend it if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; depositing ৳6,000 would apply the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals directly from the bonus balance are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.
• 1bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 1bdtk VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited directly to your account and may be used without separate wagering requirements (subject to applicable VIP terms).

5.1 Game Results

All games on 1bdtk operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely fair and unpredictable. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's logs will be considered final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Colluding with other players or with the platform.
• Exploiting the bonus system or payment processes to commit fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to gain additional advantages.
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors or bugs.

5.3 Technical Issues

1bdtk is not liable if a game is interrupted due to server outages, network errors, or any other technical reason. In such situations, the outcome will be determined based on the last reliable state of the game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

1bdtk reserves the right to refuse any bet or set limits. If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or less than half of it is completed, the stake for the related bet will be returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, 1bdtk may offer the option to place the bet at the new odds or cancel the bet. Odds on bets already accepted will not change.

6.3 Multiple Bets

For parlays or combined bets on multiple events, if any one event is cancelled, that selection will be treated as a "win" and the remaining bet will continue.

1bdtk believes that gambling is purely a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income. We are committed to player protection and provide a number of tools:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Checks: During long sessions, our system will remind you to take a break.
• Permanent Closure: You can permanently close your account at any time.

10.1 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending transactions and bonus conditions must be settled before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by 1bdtk

1bdtk may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The need to fulfill legal obligations.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will be returned following a set process, provided no fraudulent activity is found.
